1866 "Yellow Boy" Winchester 4th Model Rifle Serial no. 131294, .44 rimfire, Manufactured 1876, the year of Custer’s last stand. Round barrel & lever embellished with floral motif engraving. Good bore, very good rifling, Loading gate & barrel ring appear to be aged replacements. Wood is excellent except for old grain crack on right side of stock(can easily be repaired) Buttplate is brass crescent with door that contains original cleaning rod(similar to the Henry). I rate this gun highly because of engraving, early Henry style buttplate, very good bore, and original cleaning rod. A pretty, pretty gun. Inventory # 8120101s -Winchester     $17,500.
