Serial no. 150297,
.44-40 cal,
Barrel part round, part octogon, good rifling.
Straight walnut stock and forearm rate very good w/ a few dents & dings.
Minor hair line cracks.
Crescent buttplate.
German silver front sight & an Osborne folding open rear sight.
Manu 1897.

Unmarked Belgian Percussion musket
Serial no. 16, approx 8 bore, perc.
Light patina.
Excellent hardwood stock w/few handling dings.
Brass barrel bands, triggerguard & Swiss style buttplate have a mild tarnish.
Lock functions correctly and although crude in its appearance, it is an effective large bore musket.
Many such muskets were used against large game animals.
Ramrod included.

Remington Model 1858 Zouave Percussion Rifle
.58 percussion, 33" barrel w/excellent three groove bore.
Barrel is deep original dark blue-gray w/ some flaking to brown.
Minor impact marks around band & nipple bolster.
Has eagle head and firing proofs, dated 1863, w/ "steel" and "RKA" inspector's markings on left barrel flat.
Lockplate marked w/ US Eagle & Maker Marked.
Dated 1863.
All brass furniture shows muted case coloring & shows evidence of one-time polishing, now reacquiring a patina.
Very good stock w/ 2 left side cartouches & minor dings created by years of use.
Small chip on left side of upper tang.
Appropriate sights, right side bayonet lug, original ramrod.
Lock is crisp and functional.

This model was considered the most accurate available in the Civil War.

Unsigned American percussion Kentucky style rifle.
.33 caliber, 38 1/4" octagon barrel w/ good rifling.
Lock designed for a barrel w/ long flat bolster or for a shotgun.
Adjustable double set triggers.
Triggers must be set in order for hammer to cock.
Medium weight barrel, simple drum and nipple, open sights, pleasing patina.
Tiger maple,cheekpiece has brass stylized inlaid horseshoe.
Sideplate has stylized wing shape in German silver.
Brass buttplate, round patchbox, triggerguard, tailpipe, ramrod pipes & forend cap.
Nice piece - great wallhanger.

Sharps New Model 1859 Percussion Carbine.
Serial no. 66282, .52 cal.,
22" round barrel. Bright, excellent bore. Almost new condition.
Barrel retains pleasing patina & some original blue.
Frame retains appox. 90% original color case-hardened finish w/ scattered patches of light surface oxidation.
Lock plate retains 97% vivid original case hardened finish.
Plain walnut buttstock & forend rate excellent w/ nearly all original finish.
No cartouches.
Patchbox w/ original case color.
Sling bar bright & excellent.

Sharps new model 1863 cartridge-converted carbine.
Serial no 89563, 50-70 CF., 22 barrel, bright bore.
A few very minor handling marks.
Very good buttstock w/repair at left of top tang and behind sling bar base.
No cartouche.
Forend has minor handling marks.
Lock is crisp & mechanically functional.
Numbers match.
Very good example of Civil War and Indian wars.
Very likely reconditioned after the war use.
